About Ossipee Mountain Electronics
Over thirty years ago when Tom Tilton opened the doors of his new business, he had no idea his dream would ever grow and become what it is today. It all started in a small basement/garage. Gradually over the years OME expanded and finally made its last expansion on Ossipee Mountain Road with the addition of the offices. In October of 2000, OME made its biggest step yet and moved from its rural farm country setting on Ossipee Mountain Road to a more commercial location in the heart of Moultonboro on Route 25. Through the hard work and long hours, of both Tom and his employees, he is proud to present to you Ossipee Mountain Electronics, Inc.
Today we are servicing municipalities, public and private industry, business and individuals throughout New Hampshire, Maine, and Vermont. We have 4 full time radio service technicians, 4 full time installation technicians, 1 service manager, 4 full time sales representatives, and 6 full time support staff members, and Tom.
OME is an authorized full line dealer of Motorola, Inc., Midland Radio Corp, and Kenwood Comm., and is a stocking distributor for Federal Signal Corp., Whelen Engineering, Mag Instruments, SoundOff, and Able 2. We also carry several other lines of wireless communication equipment, emergency vehicle equipment, and accessories. We are a Certified Installer for Watson Dispatch Furniture Systems. OME is an Authorized Agent for Nextel and we own and operate 23 shared repeaters in various locations all over New Hampshire. OME also has an extensive line of rental radios available for long term rental or rental for special events.
Over the past 30 years we have been known to be associated with some of the most popular and respectable names in the 2-way, emergency lighting, emergency vehicle equipment and electronics industries. We not only sell equipment, we service all of the items we sell.
